Convergence of essence in Hanoi at the Top 100 Pioneers 2025

On the evening of September 17, the journey to search for the Top 100 Pioneers 2025 stopped in Hanoi with an event held in the luxurious space of Sheraton – K11 Nghi Tam, Tay Ho. The program attracted more than 200 guests including diplomatic representatives, entrepreneurs, female leaders, media, and partner organizations. This marked a meaningful milestone on the path towards the Top 100 Pioneers 2025 Recognition Ceremony in December in Ho Chi Minh City.

Diplomacy and entrepreneurship gathering in a space of convergence

The event in Hanoi became a connecting rendezvous as it gathered many Ambassadors, Ambassadors’ spouses, and representatives of international organizations. Notable attendees included H.E. Saadi Salama – Head of the Diplomatic Corps in Vietnam, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Palestine; H.E. Shovgi Mehdizade – Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan; H.E. Kanat Tumysh – Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan; together with Mrs. Elena Bezdetko – spouse of the Ambassador of the Russian Federation.

The presence of diplomatic representatives helped affirm the stature of the program, expanding it beyond honoring Vietnamese entrepreneurs to becoming a bridge for international cultural, economic, and friendship exchange. In addition, the business community from both inside and outside the country also blended into an open atmosphere of sharing and connection. Handshakes, business stories, and congratulatory wishes all served as testimony to the community values this journey aims to foster.

In her remarks, Dr. Nguyen Thu Huong – Head of the Organizing Committee – expressed gratitude to the ambassadors and entrepreneurs, while emphasizing the far-reaching significance of the Top 100 Pioneers as a platform that encourages innovation, creativity, and the resilience of leaders.

The seminar “Pioneers – Opportunities Within Challenges”

The highlight of the event was a panel discussion featuring four distinguished speakers: Ms. Katy Nguyen – Founder & CEO of NOBLECO, entrepreneur Duong Quoc Nam – Chairman of Hoang Nam Group, entrepreneur Phuong Anh Phat – Chairman and CEO of JVA, and entrepreneur Nguyen Viet Dung – Chairman of the Board of Okini Food.

The speakers brought diverse practical perspectives from their entrepreneurial journeys and the process of adapting to a volatile economic landscape. From the challenges of bringing Jeep – RAM to Vietnam during the pandemic, to the ambition of building a cultured diamond brand, or the persistence to develop the clean food industry, all served as proof of the ability to turn challenges into opportunities.

Dr. Nguyen Thu Huong shared: “Pioneers are those who can see opportunities where many only see difficulties. They are the ones who create sustainable value for the community.” The discussion became a forum where guests found new inspiration and motivation, while also broadening their vision on the application of technology, big data, and AI in modern business.

Diamond showcasing honoring the “Diamond Women”

Alongside the discussion, the program presented a captivating art performance: the premium cultured diamond collection from the NOBLECO brand under the theme Diamond Women. Female leaders from WLIN Hanoi appeared on the catwalk as models, blending intellectual beauty and confident charisma with exquisite cultured diamond designs.

Opening the show was Miss Asian Vuong Thu Huong with a powerful presence, followed by Ms International Business Runner-up Nga Queen with her sweet beauty, leader Thai Huong Lan exuding elegance, and MA – director – actress Mai Thu Huyen in the vedette role. The showcase not only introduced high-class diamond products but also honored the image of the modern woman – beautiful in appearance, rich in intellect, and always affirming her position in society.

Entrepreneur Katy Nguyen – representative of the NOBLECO brand – shared: “Diamond Women is not just a collection, but a message affirming the strength of women, spreading inspiration about pride and resilience on the pioneering journey.” The thunderous applause of the audience was proof of resonance and admiration.

Introducing nominees and aiming towards the National Recognition Ceremony

One of the most anticipated parts of the program was the introduction of the nominees for the Top 100 Pioneers 2025 in Hanoi. They were outstanding representatives from various fields: painter Van Duong Thanh, entrepreneur Thai Thi Hai, the next-generation successor of Okini Food – Nguyen Minh Anh, entrepreneur Dinh Huong – Chairwoman of Tan Huong Phat, female leader Phan My Linh, financial expert Lam Tuan, and entrepreneur Pham Ngoc Tram – Chairwoman of the Board of Smart Loyalty International.

Each nominee carried their own story and aspiration, yet all shared the same pioneering spirit of daring to innovate and challenge themselves to create value for the community. Their presence not only affirmed the prestige of the program but also became a source of motivation for the younger generation, spreading inspiration about pioneering spirit across all fields.

Concluding the evening, the venue burst with excitement through artistic and musical performances by entrepreneur-artists, along with a lucky draw worth over 110 million VND sponsored by NOBLECO. All these elements blended together to create a warm, elegant, and emotional atmosphere. Notably, Dr. Nguyen Thu Huong officially announced the Pickleball Cup 2025, which will take place in October in Hanoi, opening a new path of connection between sports, community, and entrepreneurs.

With its brilliant milestone in Hanoi, the Top 100 Pioneers 2025 journey continues to spread strongly across the country. The national recognition ceremony on December 12 in Ho Chi Minh City promises to become a pinnacle event, gathering the most deserving faces – pioneering entrepreneurs embodying creativity, courage, and relentless dedication.
